What we collect
Name, email and, if you write it, how you would use our apps. When you book a consultation, the scheduling platform collects your booking and payment details.
What we use it for
To let you know when your waitlist spot opens, to prepare and run the consultation, and to answer what you ask. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
How we measure the site
We count visits and clicks with a cookieless tool that does not identify you or follow you elsewhere. With your permission we also record anonymously how the page is used (movement, clicks and scrolling) to find what gets in the way; those recordings do not capture what you type into forms. You can say no and the site works the same.
Sweet AI
Your questions go to the model provider so it can answer you. We do not store the text: we only log the TOPIC of the question (pricing, care plan, web and so on) to learn what the site fails to explain. Do not type personal or confidential data into the chat.
Who else processes it
Only the providers we need to operate: the scheduling and payment platform, Formspree (forms), Vercel (hosting and cookieless measurement), Microsoft Clarity (anonymous recordings, only with your permission) and OpenRouter (processes Sweet AI questions).
How long we keep it
Contact data for as long as the relationship lasts and until you ask us to delete it. Measurements and recordings for as long as each provider keeps them, and never more than 24 months.
Your rights
You can access, correct, cancel or object to the use of your data by writing to info@sweetvibes.ai. We answer within 20 business days at most. You can also change your recording permission from the notice shown on arrival.
If you use Sweet Studio
This notice covers the agency site. The Sweet Studio suite has its own privacy notice and terms at hub.sweetvibes.ai, and those are the ones that apply when you use the app.
