Three things: a 60-minute consultation, custom software development (websites, web apps and automations) and a monthly care plan. Each development project is also governed by its signed proposal, which prevails over this text if they differ.
It costs $1,500 MXN and includes the session plus a written plan with prioritized recommendations. Payment is confirmed before the session. If we start a project, that amount is credited in full. You can reschedule at no cost with reasonable notice.
Scope and price are fixed in writing before we start and do not change if the scope does not change. Scope changes are quoted separately. Agreed dates are good-faith estimates: we commit to the deliveries and to telling you in time if something moves.
A monthly fee covering monitoring, fixes and improvements, plus ongoing advice by email. It does not cover building new features, which are quoted separately. Cancel whenever you want, with notice before the next charge.
The code and documentation are yours from day one, in accounts under your name. We keep our own prior tools and components, and we may describe the work in general terms without revealing your information.
Access, information and one person who knows the operation and can validate what we deliver. If that stops, timelines shift.
Whatever you share stays between us and is used only for your project.
We deliver carefully and fix what fails in what we built. We do not guarantee business results or the behavior of third-party services, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us for that project.
AI systems can be wrong. We deliver them with the safeguards we agree on, and supervision stays on your side. Sweet AI, the assistant on this site, is a demo: its answers are guidance, and what binds us is what we put in writing.
In Mexican pesos, with an invoice if you need one. Payments from outside Mexico are agreed by email before hiring.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Sonora, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
